Upon payment by the client for the entire balance due on a product produced or provided by interCOM, interCOM will provide a copy or original of the product to the client in a PC Compatible readable format. interCOM will destroy its copy of the product, leaving the client in sole possession of the finished design.
interCOM registers domains and retains ownership of the domain until all balances associated with the purpose for registering that domain are paid in full. For Example: If we design a web site for you and register a domain for that web site to be published under, you will receive ownership of that domain once the entire web site has been paid for in addition to the payment for registering the domain. interCOM will then transfer the domain registration at the client's request. If the client chooses to use a registrar different from the registrar interCOM has used for the domain, a domain transfer fee will be assessed and collected by interCOM to the client before the transfer is made. interCOM will remain the technical contact for that domain, which can be changed by the client once the registration transfer has taken place. |
