Every decision at interCOM is made after careful deliberation warranted by the situations. Decisions are made based on advice from staff, trusted business advisors, our relationship with the client, and the client’s business’ history with interCOM.

interCOM staff and principals believe in the righteousness and sincerity of a handshake and a person’s word. We hope the deeper, traditional implications of that statement are enough.

Occasionally, interCOM hires subcontractors to do work that they can do more efficiently than the company can at the time the service is needed.

Everything interCOM does is billable. Everything. interCOM's decision not to bill for a service at one time does not mean the service will not be billed in the future.

As noted within this site, this policy will change without notice. Most policy changes will occur after a client violates a basic more of reasonable friendliness and business ethics, namely taking advantage of a loophole or something left out in writing, but implied in the handshake that seals our business relationship.

If you have suggestions for the policy, please contact us.

If a client is responsible for a change in policy due to their violation of the assumptions of our handshake or this policy, we reserve the right to terminate the business relationship at any time without prior warning, notice, or refund.
