Last Updated: January 23, 2007 Dear Friends,
At interCOM we place a very high value on personal relationships with our clients. We service individuals and companies as far away as Macedonia, Ohio and as close as literally right around the corner. We serve such diverse interests as a multi-million dollar technical firm, a steel manufacturer, a world-wide bible study, and a nonprofit animal shelter. The one consistent binding element that allows us to have such a diverse clientele is the relationships we personally have with each of them.
Essentially, we operate our company assuming people we do business with are good to their word and handshake, and we promise the families who depend on interCOM for income on a monthly basis that these people will keep their word. When they do not, our children do not eat, our utilities do not get paid, and, frankly, we get as bothered as you do when you have clients who do not pay, which affects our ability to provide quality. affordable service to the clients who are true to their commitments.
At interCOM we believe that a business relationship is a personal decision, because it affects everyone involved.
Our desire, therefore, is to only do business with individuals and organizations who share that same underlying philosophy. While we do understand that "things happen," we have a relatively low tolerance for those things if they tend to be chronic or blindside us.
You will see that our policies are geared towards weeding out those undesirable elements of a free market that can be so detrimentla to a small business. If you find yourself acknowledging that you may fall into or under these policies and their consequences, please reconsider asking us to do business with you. Not only do our policies help our families with some consistency and legitimate expectation, they also provide our paying clients with low prices and a high quality of service. Feel free to walk away without contacting us.
This policy is subject to revision at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to review this policy on a regular basis (we suggest monthly) to be aware of any changes. Continuing service with interCOM indicates the client’s acceptance of the most recent policy as posted at http://www.intercomcity.net.
With that in mind, oue policies are divided into categories you can browse through the navigation bar above.
Thank you!
