Contractor Representation:
To the client we are a transparent component of the service we provide. For instance, if we bring in a specialist for your company's IT needs, that individual is paid by us and subject to our company policies. They may have their own work they do independently elsewhere, but as long as they are on the clock for you, they are interCOM.
Vendor Representation:
Similarly interCOM promotes the capabilities of some of its vendors that we have affiliate relationships with as those of our own. We contract with companies to provide us this transparency, so as to minimize the amount of contacts the client needs in order to accomplish their IT goals. That makes us directly accountable to you (No more calling around looking for someone to blame or to take responsibility...that's us from the get-go!) so that you know when there is an issue, the buck stops here: With interCOM!
PROJECT SPECIFIC OVERHEAD
Our model allows you to experience the joy of actually getting what you pay for!
Your costs are specific to your project. Our overhead for your project is covered in the cost of your project; you aren't paying for someone else's project and they aren't paying for yours.
In fact, our clients are combining their purchase power to reduce the costs of labor significantly.
If you had a qualified technician come in for two hours per week from a computer repair company, you'd pay between $85 - $150 for a qualified technician. That's $340 to $600 per month.
You know the repair company doesn't pay all that to the technician!
We hire technicians at a lower price because they work for less if they have guaranteed hours. You may not have a regular need...but interCOM does. Because we keep them busy regularly, we can schedule some of those hours (or even provide emergency service) to your company at a reduced rate while maintaining the qualty of technician you need.
Our average client on a Service Level Agreement for regular service and maintenance utilizes our services for 10 hours a month at $500 a month. That's an average hourly rate of $50. HANDS-ON PROJECT SUPERVISION

We assign an interCOM partner to each project to oversee, on a daily basis, your specific contract and our obligations and progress towards accomplishing those objectives.
What that means is that we have ownership "boots on the ground," oftentimes actually doing the work required to keep our commitment to you. The partner supervises at your location in person, via phone, through email, and with daily reviews with the technician or technicians assigned to your contract.
The partner is also in constant contact with you or your designated liaison on as regular a basis as you request (Daily, weekly, monthly...or any variable of time!) and we suggest that you allow the partner to be intimately involved in your department and/or managerial meetings as your IT Department "manager" so that your entire organization is up to speed on our involvement in your company.
